Hypnotherapy is quite a step because of the unfamiliarity I had with it. Then it is very important that you feel safe. With Judith that immediately felt good, direct trust. She helps you get to the core of the problem bit by bit as if a ball of wool is being untied. Listening is a great quality of hers, then asking the right questions to deepen it is even more so. See, know and feel things so much more sharply now. I would never have been able to do that on my own. Thanks for all the help Judith!
