Algemene voorwaarden

1. Sessie Duur en Kosten

• Elke sessie duurt 60 minutes, met een mogelijke uitloop tot 70 minuten indien nodig. De kosten voor een sessie bedragen €80,-.
• Een langere sessie van 90 minuten kan op afspraak worden ingepland tegen een tarief van €90.

2. Betalingen

• De betaling voor de intake moet vóór aanvang voldaan zijn.
• Een factuur wordt 48 uur voor de afspraak via e-mail verstuurd, inclusief een Tikkie-link voor betaling. De factuur dient uiterlijk 24 uur voor de afspraak betaald te zijn. Bij het uitblijven van betaling wordt de afspraak geannuleerd.
• NB: de factuur kan in de ongewenste mail (spam) terechtkomen. Controleer deze folder daarom tijdig.
• Voor vervolgafspraken geldt dat de betaling direct na de sessie plaatsvindt, via Tikkie of bankoverschrijving. De betaalverzoeken worden per e-mail, app of in de praktijk verzonden.

3. Flexibiliteit in Betaling

• Wil je een andere betalingsregeling, bijvoorbeeld betaling aan het begin of eind van de maand? Geef dit dan tijdig door. Dit kan worden besproken, mits er duidelijke afspraken worden gemaakt.

4. Annuleringen

• Annuleren van een afspraak kan kosteloos tot 24 uur van tevoren.
• Bij annulering binnen 24 uur voor de afspraak wordt 70% van het sessiebedrag in rekening gebracht.
• Bij ziekte of overmacht kun je mij bellen. Annuleringen moeten telefonisch worden doorgegeven. Wordt er niet afgebeld, dan wordt alsnog 70% van het sessiebedrag gefactureerd.

5. Therapeutisch Proces

• De therapeut bepaalt welke sessie en technieken worden ingezet, afgestemd op de situatie van de cliënt.
• Er is geen garantie dat het beoogde doel binnen een bepaald aantal sessies wordt bereikt.
• Het aantal benodigde sessies staat open. Als het doel in één of twee sessies moet worden bereikt, wordt dit schriftelijk bevestigd.
• Bij het maken van een boeking vindt eerst een intakegesprek plaats. Tijdens dit gesprek beoordelen beide partijen of er een wederzijds akkoord is om de samenwerking aan te gaan, met als doel een effectief en vruchtbaar proces.
• Na de intake kunnen zowel de cliënt als de therapeut besluiten af te zien van een akkoord.
  Let op! De intake (€80,-) wordt niet terugbetaald, ook als de therapeut besluit niet verder te gaan.
• De therapeut kan besluiten dat verdere samenwerking of werkwijze niet geschikt is voor de cliënt en de therapie beëindigen zonder opgaaf van redenen.

6. Akkoord

Door het boeken van een sessie verklaar je akkoord te gaan met bovenstaande voorwaarden.

1. Session Duration and Costs

• Each session lasts 60 minutes, with a possible extension to 70 minutes if necessary. The cost of a session is €80,-.
• A longer session of 90 minutes can be scheduled by appointment at a rate of €90.

2. Payments

• The payment for the intake session must be made before the start of the first session.
• An invoice will be sent 48 hours before the appointment via email, including a payment link (Tikkie). The invoice must be paid at least 24 hours before the appointment. If payment is not received, the appointment will be canceled.
• Please note: The invoice may end up in your spam folder. Therefore, please check this folder in a timely manner.
• For follow-up appointments, payment is to be made immediately after the session via Tikkie or bank transfer. Payment requests will be sent via email, app, or directly in the practice.

3. Flexibility in Payment

• If you prefer an alternative payment arrangement, such as paying at the beginning or end of the month, please inform me in advance. This can be discussed, provided that clear agreements are made.

4. Cancellations

• You can cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours before the session, 70% of the session fee will be charged.
• In case of illness or force majeure, you can call me. Cancellations must be communicated by phone. If no cancellation is made, 70% of the session fee will still be charged.

5. Therapeutic Process

• The therapist determines which session and techniques will be used, tailored to the client’s situation.
• There is no guarantee that the desired outcome will be achieved within a specific number of sessions.
• If the goal needs to be achieved in one or two sessions, this will be confirmed in writing.
• When making a booking, an initial intake session is conducted. During this session, both parties assess whether there is mutual agreement to proceed with the collaboration, aiming for an effective and productive process.
• After the intake, either the client or the therapist may decide to withdraw from the agreement.
  Pay attention! The intake (€80,-) fee will not be refunded, even if the therapist decides not to continue.
• Additionally, the therapist may determine that further collaboration or the chosen approach is not suitable for the client. In such cases, the therapist reserves the right to terminate the therapy if necessary, without providing a reason.

6. Agreement

By booking a session, you declare that you agree with the above terms and conditions.
